Blender

Focused on giving each customer a superior blend, Blender Team Members at Better Blend can offer excellence in service and hospitality in all areas of the store, including front and back of house. With room for growth, entry-level Blender Team Member roles are a great place to start at Better Blend. 


At Better Blend, culture and customer service are our top priorities. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, energetic, and engaging, as well as team-oriented. Additionally, you must be able to learn the product's nutritional information and be able to communicate it to both customers and team members effectively. 

Shift Lead

Tackling the role of Shift Lead can be a great first step for those looking for an entry-level position or a Blender who has shown an aptitude for growth and leadership. The Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the entirety of their shift, while also taking on the role of mentor to other Blenders. This job is an ideal opportunity for those who wish to hone their leadership skills while also remaining engaged in their work.

Assistant General Manager

As Blenders demonstrate a proven ability to lead in the restaurant’s fast-paced environment, there may be an opportunity for them to move into a higher level of management. Supporting the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all Blenders, the Shift Lead would occupy a mid-level leadership position and typically manage a full shift or day-part. In addition to leading other Blenders, Shift Leads are often responsible for demonstrating hospitality to and serving the customers in a professional and courteous manner.

General Manager

As the core member of the restaurant leadership team and key business partners for all positions within the walls of the Better Blend, General Managers play an integral role in driving daily workflow, culture, and business results. General Managers are tasked with ensuring the success and growth of the organization, and their contributions are essential to the daily operations of the Better Blend.
