As Blenders demonstrate a proven ability to lead in the restaurant’s fast-paced environment, there may be an opportunity for them to move into a higher level of management. Supporting the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all Blenders, the Shift Lead would occupy a mid-level leadership position and typically manage a full shift or day-part. In addition to leading other Blenders, Shift Leads are often responsible for demonstrating hospitality to and serving the customers in a professional and courteous manner.

General Managers are tasked with ensuring the success and growth of the organization, and their contributions are essential to the daily operations of the Better Blend.

The Better Blend Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Better Blend operations, supplier dialogue, and waste control within their region, acting as a mentor to all leaders within their region and responsible for onboarding, productivity, compliance, culture, and customer engagement, striving for excellence in all areas of their job. Because of this higher level of responsibility, these roles could require many years of prior, related experience.
