 The language used is simple, casual, and conversational while still being professional. Our tone is upbeat and encouraging without being overly excited-though we have been known to use an exclamation point on occasion. We use direct, first- and second-hand pronouns (i.e., "we" and "you") to engage the reader and faster that same sense to inclusion you feel when you're with us in the shops.


Topics that we focus on are generally related to the health benefits of our products, featuring existing or upcoming products, promoting any community engagement, and encouraging our customers to incorporate our products into their routine. Although we use health industry argon, we aim to present it in a way that is easy digestible.

Content that is friendly, fun, bright, and clean is always going to be your best practice for any type of project. Not only does it look more appealing, but it also makes the content easier to read and understand. People are naturally drawn to content that is well-crafted and has a warm and inviting feeling.
