Frequently Asked Questions

  • What social media channels can I post on?

    Ambassadors can post "feed posts" on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Instagram is the only platform to post "story posts" while posting on Youtube, Twitter, etc. requires special permission.

  • When and where do I get my "Ambassador Perks?"

    You can pick up a Better Blend gift card at your local Better Blend store each month. In the future, you will also be able to access gift cards through the Better Blend Healthy Rewards app in your Ambassadors "wallet".

  • How long is my contract?

    The contract typically runs for 3 months.

  • Can I change my plan?

    You can change your Ambassador plan by giving formal notice to the Better Blend team before the start of the next month. However, you cannot change your plan mid-month without notice. We recommend posting more than what your contract stipulates as it will result in higher "impression payout" returns.

  • What are content expectations?

    See the CREATIVE BOARD  for content expectations. 

  • Do I need to send my content in for approval before I post? How will I know if it's up to standard?

    No, you don't need to send us the content before posting, but you must make sure to tag the Better Blend social media account associated with your contract for it to count. If the content does not meet our brand guidelines, we will reach out to you directly.

  • What if I don't fulfil my contract obligations?

    After 1 strike on the Better Blend policy your commissions for that month are forfeited, after 3 strikes your contract is terminated.
