PUT YOUR ACCOUNT ON "HOLD"

The button below will take you to a page where you can select a date range for when you would like to put your account on hold.


This will pause your account for the duration of the time you select, and you won't be held responsible for any contractual obligations during this period.


You can use this feature if you're going away for school, going back home for the summer, taking a long vacation, or anything else that might jeopardize you from completing your contractual obligations as a Better Blend Ambassador. 

I NEED TO PUT MY ACCOUNT ON HOLD

Better Blend Ambassadors may submit a written request to put their account on hold. However, hold requests are accepted or denied at the sole discretion of Better Blend. It is the Ambassador's responsibility to adhere to the standards set forth by Better Blend while their account is on hold. Upon return, the Ambassador must reapply on or before their requested “return date” in order to be considered for re-acceptance into the program. The Ambassador may be asked to go through our system again for processing. Should the Ambassador pool be full upon the return date, Better Blend reserves the right to deny the Ambassador’s re-entry into the program. Furthermore, Better Blend reserves the right to cancel any contract that goes beyond the requested hold date.


During the Ambassador’s time away, they are not required to create any content for Better Blend. However, the Ambassador is still obligated to uphold the standards of Better Blend and our Ambassador community. This includes showing respect and courtesy to fellow Ambassadors, providing accurate and honest feedback to Better Blend, and adhering to our ambassador code of conduct and other policies. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the Ambassador’s contract with Better Blend.


The Ambassador will not receive any perks, compensation, or free items while they are away. These are only reserved for active Ambassadors. The Ambassador will need to reapply and be accepted back into the program to receive any of these benefits.

BETTER BLEND AMBASSADOR PROBATION AND TERMINATION

If any Better Blend Ambassador fails to fulfill their contractual obligations, including but not limited to, submitting content on the 1st of every month, accurately reporting content and content impressions, and/or following brand standards, they may be subject to probation, withholding of funds, and termination. 


Probation: If an Ambassador fails to submit content or does not meet the brand standards, they may be placed on probation for a period of up to one month. During this time, the Ambassador will be assigned additional tasks and will be monitored more closely. 


Withholding of Funds: If an Ambassador fails to meet brand standards, fails to submit content on time, or fails to accurately report their content and content impressions, they may have their funds temporarily withheld. 


Termination: If an Ambassador fails to fulfill the contract obligations, including but not limited to, submitting content on the 1st of every month, accurately reporting content and content impressions, and/or following brand standards, they may be subject to immediate termination. 


It is important to note that any violation of these terms and conditions can lead to probation, withholding of funds, and/or termination. 

BETTER BLEND SPONSORED ATHLETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If selected to be part of the Better Blend Sponsored Athlete, Sponsored Athlete will use best efforts to promote Better Blend and the Better Blend products on their social media page(s).



  1. Better Blend will provide Student-Athlete with reasonable amounts of Better Blend products for the 2022-2023 school year, as determined at Better Blend sole and absolute discretion. Sponsored Athlete should assume and pay all agent, management, or similar fees arranged for between Sponsored Athlete and any agent, manager, or other similar person or entity.
  2. Sponsored Athlete will refrain from directly or indirectly developing, advising, contributing to the creation of, endorsing and/or otherwise promoting any smoothie or nutritional beverage that directly or indirectly compete with the Better Blend blended products unless agreed to by in writing by Better Blend.
  3. Term; Termination. This agreement will remain in effect until the end of the agreed upon contract or until the Sponsored Athlete’s eligibility expires, whichever comes first the "Term"). Either party may terminate this agreement at any time during the Term without "cause", for any reason (or no reason) and without penalty.
  4. Confidentiality. The parties agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are confidential, and the parties will not disclose the terms and conditions of this Agreement to any third-party, other than the parties’ respective attorneys, accountants and professional advisor.
  5. Sponsored Athlete agrees that if chosen to be part of Better Blend Sponsored Athlete program that they will give Better Blend the right to use their name, image, and likeness on all social media and web platforms.
  6. Sponsored Athlete agrees that if chosen to be part of the Better Blend Sponsored Athlete program, they will obtain all necessary permissions from their school and/or the NCAA. Student-Athlete also agrees they will follow all local, state, and federal laws and policies relating to the use of your name, image, and likeness. Student-Athlete agrees to not use their name, image, or likeness to endorse any prohibited conduct such as gambling, sports betting, drugs, or alcohol.
